Singer-Actress Carol Banawa expresses her gratitude to the showrunners of “Vampire Diaries” when her classic song “Bakit Di Totohanin” was used in one of the scenes of the hit US supernatural series.

In episode 716 of the said show, the song played in a scene featuring Elizabeth Blackmoore (Valerie) and Paul Wesley (Stefan).

“They have aired it already!? #thevampirediaries used my song in one of the scenes for the episode 716. It was a scene between Stefan and Valerie? They used, “BAKIT DI TOTOHANIN”? I am in disbelief right now but very grateful!” she said in her instagram post.

She also extended her thanks to the music supervisor Chris Mollere, actor Ian Somerhalder and the show’s cast in featuring her song.

The song was first released in 1997 under the album “Carol.”
